The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively with middle school-aged youth and families, implementing programs for the treatment and prevention of youth-related challenges. Duties Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions. Perform thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Lead youth leadership initiatives aimed at fostering personal growth and empowerment. Collaborate closely with school officials and parents to support students' mental health needs. Provide educational workshops and resources for parents. Facilitate supportive environments through parent support groups. Requirements LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Minimum two years of experience working in a mental health setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with group facilitation. Ability to utilize electronic medical records software. Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Ability to work in teams and large groups. Knowledge of family systems theory a plus. Personal vehicle required.

Pay:

$77,500.00 - $79,500.00 per year
