Monday•Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or on-call) Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join an integrated outpatient practice in Syracuse, NY. This role offers a structured weekday schedule, a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day, full clinical support staff, and a mission-driven environment focused on high-quality behavioral healthcare. You will work alongside primary care and psychiatric providers to deliver comprehensive mental health services. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to a diverse patient population. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Formulate, implement, and track individualized treatment plans. Collaborate closely with primary care clinicians, psychiatric providers, and support staff in an integrated outpatient care model.

Qualifications Licensure:

Active and unrestricted New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Experience:

Demonstrated experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.

Skills:

Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$75,000 base salary plus incentives up to $10,000

Loan Repayment:
