Key Responsibilities Build and manage your private practice, including establishing client relationships and personal branding. Utilize our hassle-free credentialing process to become paneled with major insurers, enabling you to serve insurance clients without administrative burdens. Participate in a streamlined referral process that enhances your practice's visibility and encourages client acquisition. Oversee intake and scheduling alongside our dedicated team to ensure a smooth client experience. Leverage a user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for client management, scheduling, and billing while receiving ongoing support. Submit insurance claims confidently, as we guarantee prompt payment for claims submitted. Maintain a flexible schedule tailored to your needs, setting your own hours without minimum visit requirements. Conduct engaging telehealth sessions, providing care through both virtual and face-to-face interactions. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Our approach emphasizes a client-centered model, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications Current licensure as a Therapist in the United States (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD). A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding advanced degrees. Experience with either full-time or part-time contract roles, adaptable to either preference. Preferred Experience A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. Current professional malpractice insurance. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 50 to 70 per hour , based on your experience and client volume.
