Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Behavioral Health | Bryan, OH Bryan, OH | Full-Time | In-Person Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a confidential behavioral health organization to hire a Mental Health & Substance Use Counselor to join a collaborative, mission-driven team in Bryan, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders while working in a supportive, team-based environment. Collaborative and supportive clinical environment Opportunity to work with both mental health and substance use populations Diverse caseload and meaningful client relationships Professional growth and development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Stable, full-time position with an established organization What You'll Do Manage an assigned client caseload Conduct mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family counseling Coordinate care with providers and community resources Complete clinical documentation and discharge planning Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related helping profession OR Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field Required Ohio Licensure (Active and in Good Standing)

Additional Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is highly preferred: Behavioral health Mental health counseling Substance use treatment Co-occurring disorders Individual counseling Group counseling Family counseling Crisis intervention Treatment planning DSM-5 diagnosis Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan
