Our psychiatric programs and therapies help your entire family recover from the struggles with mental health disorders and/or traumatic events. Join the Journey of Hope Guide patients from crisis to stability. As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence‑based care that restores hope —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours. How You Will Make a Difference Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes. Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning. Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity. Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. What We're Looking For Master's degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT). 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred. Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
