Deliver individual, group, family, therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to ensure client safety during acute episodes. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, treatment planning protocols, and HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Provide specialized services including grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, behavior management, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), ensuring compliance with medical terminology, ICD coding requirements, and legal standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts and coordinate care for clients with co-occurring disorders or complex mental health needs. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, and evidence-based practices. Strong knowledge of crisis intervention methods, crisis management protocols, and behavior management strategies. Expertise working with a diversed inpatient/out patient settings; familiarity with special education environments is preferred. Skilled in conducting mental health assessments using

coding systems; proficient in clinical documentation standards and medical records management.
