Job Description

Giving Hearts Transition Housing is seeking an LISW or LPCC. The LISW or LPCC will be responsible for creating the LSW group for G.H.T.H. The Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or LPCC is responsible for providing clinical supervision, leadership, and oversight to Licensed Social Workers and other behavioral health staff. LISW ensures high-quality client care, supports professional development, maintains compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and provides direct clinical services as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to Licensed Social Workers (LSWs), counselors, case managers, and support staff. Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, case notes, and clinical documentation. Guide staff in developing appropriate treatment interventions and service plans. Conduct regular supervision meetings and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, HIPAA regulations, and agency policies. Provide crisis intervention and consultation for complex client cases. Support staff training, onboarding, and professional development. Maintain accurate supervision records and documentation for licensure requirements. Collaborate with community agencies, healthcare providers, schools, courts, and referral sources. Participate in quality assurance, program development, and policy implementation. Carry a limited caseload and provide direct clinical services when necessary. Qualifications Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited college or university. Current Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the State of Ohio. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical social work experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, case management, and clinical documentation standards. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to mentor and support clinical staff effectively. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred. Previous Medicaid experience Preferred Skills Experience working with youth, families, behavioral health, or community-based programs. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices. Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment Office, clinic, school-based, residential, or community settings. May require local travel for meetings, training, or client-related services. Flexible schedule Part-time position
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
