Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (Psychologist, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT) located in Oakwood, OH. The role involves providing therapy and counseling services, conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on patient care, and managing treatment plans. You will work closely with patients to address complex anxiety, OCD, and depression-related conditions using evidence-based practices for mental health care. Qualifications Expertise in Counseling and Mental Health interventions Knowledge of and experience in evidence-based practices for treating anxiety, OCD, and depression Licensed as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Mental Health Counselor in Ohio Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Experience working in an outpatient clinic or behavioral health setting is preferred Interest in leading groups preferred
