Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic SUD Primary Therapist who is licensed as an
LCDC II, LCDC
III, or LICDC to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your expertise will help empower clients on their journey to recovery while working within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and patient intake procedures, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and group therapy. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions focused on addiction recovery, and behavior management strategies. Facilitate crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Engage in continuous learning and ensure best practices are followed. Experience Valid
LCDC II, LCDC
III or LICDC license with demonstrated experience in behavioral health, addiction counseling, or clinical counseling settings. Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and social work principles. Experience working with diverse populations in hospital, home, community care environments or crisis settings. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards required for patient care documentation. Ability to manage crisis situations effectively while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.
