Job Title:
Outpatient Mental Health Counselor Program:
PHP & IOP
Milton Jefferson Recovery LLC is seeking a Female Individual Therapist to join our licensed Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment center. This position will provide individual therapy services across levels of care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy services to assigned clients Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings Maintain ethical and licensing standards Qualifications (one of the following): Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field OR Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program working toward a Master's degree in a related field OR Active
CT, SWT, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LCDC
III or higher licensure
Additional Requirements:
Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred Strong documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
