Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Workers and/or Licensed Professional Counselors to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide clinical counseling to individuals, families, and/or couples..   • Provide individual/family/couples counseling services to clients with a range of mental health and behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services..
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health and aging issues counseling. Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a LPC/LSW in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in providing clinical counseling services.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
