Job Description

Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LADC) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our behavioral health team. This position provides therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, and seniors in an inpatient behavioral health setting. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flex scheduling available Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques. Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans. Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards. Manage an assigned caseload of approximately 10-15 patients. Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge/aftercare planning. Provide services in an inpatient setting, with outpatient services as needed. Perform case management duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field. Current Oklahoma licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LADC, or eligibility to obtain state licensure. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a comparable behavioral health patient population. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills. Ability to complete documentation of medical necessity accurately and within required timelines. Required Certifications Current state or national professional therapy licensure (or license eligible). CPR certification (training available upon hire). De-escalation/Restraint certification (training provided upon hire). First Aid certification, if required by state or facility policy. Patient Population Provide care for individuals experiencing: Mental health disorders Substance use disorders Co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders PTSD Eating disorders Memory disorders Developmental disorders Intellectual and developmental disabilities Dress Code Sage green scrubs or business casual attire. Additional Information Caseload of approximately 10-15 patients . In-house supervision available for LPC Candidates. Supportive interdisciplinary team environment.
