Job description Mental Health Counselor with your own private practice Pathways Professional Counseling has been serving Oklahoma for over 25 years and is seeking motivated, organized, and compassionate therapists who enjoy maintaining a consistent schedule and providing quality care to clients. We are looking for licensed therapists and candidates who want to spend their time helping clients—not managing administrative tasks, insurance issues, scheduling, billing, or marketing. Whether you prefer in-person counseling, telehealth services, or a combination of both, we provide the support and referrals needed to build and maintain a full caseload. What Makes Us Different? You will have:

Consistent referrals and a steady flow of new clients Established clients seeking weekly appointments Flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM weekdays In-person, telehealth, or hybrid opportunities Your own private office space for client sessions Ability to conduct telehealth sessions from home or the office Modern, upscale office environment Supportive, professional, drama-free workplace Full-time or part-time opportunities Free clinical supervision for candidates when applicable

Our Administrative Team Handles:

Intake scheduling and appointment coordination Client outreach Insurance verification and benefits checks Credentialing and CAQH maintenance Billing, claims submission, denials, and payment posting Client check-in and payment collection Intake packet preparation Medical records management and chart maintenance Email setup and calendar management for intake scheduling Ongoing support to keep your schedule full As a

Therapist, Your Responsibilities Are Simple:
