- Conduct individual, family, and marriage counseling sessions with clients.
- Seeking an individual with experience providing marriage and couples therapy.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide crisis management and intervention as needed
- Utilize research-based interventions and evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and progress
- Provide behavior management strategies for clients with developmental disabilities
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of ICD-10 coding in documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Oklahoma licensure as a Clinical Therapist, MUST have LPC, LPC-C, LMFT, LCSW,
- Have a minimum 1 years' experience in private practice setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in crisis management and intervention techniques
Job Types:
Contract (1099)Pay:
$50.00-70.00 hr. per hr/sessionBenefits:
Support with billing and administrative tasks, allowing more focus on client care. Flexible work schedule to maintain work-life balance. Company paid training We provide the clients. No need to self market, we do all marketing for staff Guaranteed biweekly paySchedule:
- Set your own hours and must be willing to see a minimum 15 clients a week.
- Must offer at least 1 day of evenings slots.
