POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adults, and families Provide assessments, individual counseling, and group counseling services Deliver evidence-based behavioral health treatment within a community-focused care model Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care Work alongside full support staff and clinical supervision resources Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established community mental health program
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$73,900 - $111,600 (Based on Experience) $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles) Medical Insurance (Multiple Plan Options) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employer-Paid Life Insurance ($12,000) Employer-Paid Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) with 6% Employer Match 12 Vacation Days 9 Paid Holidays 1 Floating Holiday 2
Mental Health Days Sick Leave Accrual:

Requirements:
Active Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License
REQUIRED
Preferred:
Outpatient behavioral health experience Individual counseling experience Group counseling experience Experience serving children, adults, and families Community mental health experience
