Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Join an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program serving children and adolescents through age 18 Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and individualized treatment planning Collaborate with pediatric providers and an experienced multidisciplinary care team Manage a sustainable patient schedule averaging up to 10 patients per day Mission-driven organization committed to improving access to pediatric mental health services
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$68,224-$81,868 HRSA Student Loan Repayment Eligible PSLF Eligible Employer
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM No Nights No Weekends No Holidays No On-Call Responsibilities ROLE Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy for children and adolescents Develop individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with pediatric providers and clinical staff Maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in an integrated multidisciplinary care team
