Qualifications Job Description:

Provide therapy to individuals and/or groups relative to treatment issues and goals. Serve as a member of hospital committees. Perform group therapy and assessment of various patient groups to determine chemical dependency treatment needs. Serve as part of the treatment team. Job Specifications

Knowledge of therapeutic relationships, therapeutic processes, growth and development, limit-setting and behavior management, crisis management of aggressive behaviors, CPR training. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be able to walk and stand for long periods. Able to participate in crisis prevention intervention.
