Job Summary:

As a Counselor , you will provide individual and group counseling services , assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans , and guide clients toward achieving their goals. You will play a vital role in fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to clients. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships to support client progress. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals. Offer crisis intervention services when needed. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure quality care. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible client outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required :

Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working with diverse populations and mental health/substance use disorders . Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Passion for helping individuals achieve personal growth and recovery.
