This full‑time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non‑billable compensation model based on performance and experience. As a Licensed Outpatient Counselor, you will provide individual and family therapy, maintain client caseloads, and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. You will engage with clients and families in building therapeutic relationships and delivering care that aligns with Clarvida's person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.
