7/10/2026 About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Counselor to join our counseling team in Indiana, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non‑billable compensation model based on performance and experience. As a Licensed Outpatient Counselor, you will provide individual and family therapy, maintain client caseloads, and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. You will engage with clients and families in building therapeutic relationships and delivering care that aligns with Clarvida's person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model. Responsibilities Deliver individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to your caseload Complete required clinical documentation promptly and accurately Work evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) to accommodate client needs Transition to a billable/non‑billable rate structure after initial onboarding period Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff to ensure quality of care Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline from an accredited institution Valid Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Verified clinical practicum experience Strong documentation, communication, and therapeutic skills Willingness to work evening hours part of the week Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient therapy or mental health counseling settings Familiar with maintaining and growing a caseload under billable/non‑billable models Proficiency in therapy modalities relevant to both individual and family work Compensation & Benefits Billable hours $40‑$45/hour Non‑billable hours $15/hour Full‑time benefits including paid vacation (increasing with tenure) Separate sick leave that rolls over annually Up to 10 paid holidays (varies by state/county) Medical, dental, and vision insurance options DailyPay.
