Responsibilities Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns. Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Provide crisis intervention and management for clients in distress or experiencing acute psychological crises. Perform intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including case management and referral services. Engage in clinical research and data collection to contribute to ongoing program development and improvement.
