Job Description

Pay:
Unlicensed $30
  • $38 Licensure Supervision included
  • Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $45
  • $65 per hour About the Role Are you a dedicated clinician passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with Autism and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD)?
Diversified Home & Community Services LLC is seeking a Mobile Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health and counseling services. Unlike traditional office-based roles, this position allows you to work with individuals in the comfort and privacy of their own homes and communities. You will be a vital link in the "Golden Thread" of care—connecting diagnoses to meaningful life outcomes. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling and behavioral supports to adults diagnosed with Autism or IDD. Conduct services in-home, ensuring privacy and building rapport in a natural environment. Develop and implement interventions based on the Individual Support Plan (ISP). Maintain high-quality documentation using the B.I.R.P. format (Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan). Ensure all service notes are submitted at the end of each session to maintain compliance. Collaborate with families and the broader interdisciplinary team to foster independence.
What We're Looking For Education:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure:
LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LBS preferred (but not always required depending on experience).
Experience:
Proven experience working with the IDD/Autism population and familiarity with behavioral health interventions.
Skills:
Strong clinical writing skills, ability to work independently, and excellent time management.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for mobile services.
