Job Functions:
- maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
- collect and analyze data to determine treatment progress
- complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need
- consult with members of client's team
- lead team meetings and overall clinical treatment needs for client
- develop and monitor individualized intervention, treatment and crisis plans
- electronic paperwork submission Sign on
Bonus:
- non-licensed clinicians are eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus
- licensed clinicians are eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus paid in two $2500 increments
Retention Bonus:
- Retention bonus paid quarterly after sign on bonus - based on hours billed
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or other mental health degree
- Official transcripts, degree and licensure
- Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record
- Updated TB test
- Updated physical
- 3 reference letters
