Job Functions:
  • maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
  • collect and analyze data to determine treatment progress
  • complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need
  • consult with members of client's team
  • lead team meetings and overall clinical treatment needs for client
  • develop and monitor individualized intervention, treatment and crisis plans
  • electronic paperwork submission Sign on
Bonus:
  • non-licensed clinicians are eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus
  • licensed clinicians are eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus paid in two $2500 increments
Retention Bonus:
  • Retention bonus paid quarterly after sign on bonus - based on hours billed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or other mental health degree
  • Official transcripts, degree and licensure
  • Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record
  • Updated TB test
  • Updated physical
  • 3 reference letters
