Job Description

Partnership Health Center (PHC) is part of the Integrity health system and is an innovative facility for health excellence. Our office is located in beautiful Lycoming County, Williamsport. We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Counselor to counsel the county workers and their families of Lycoming County. Join us in good health! Must be able to independently counsel patients for substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, etc. We also offer onsite Family Medicine, X-ray, Pharmacy, Physical therapy and Chiropractic services. LCSW or LPC licensed in Pennsylvania Schedule is up to 20 hrs per week.
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
