Our mission is to deliver ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate care while supporting clinicians with strong supervision, administrative support, and a collaborative environment. We are seeking associate-level or independently licensed therapists to join our team as W2 employees working 20+ hours per week . Clinicians who enjoy working with children or both children and adults are especially encouraged to apply. Our practice provides administrative, billing, marketing, and EHR support , allowing clinicians to focus on providing excellent care to clients. Position Overview As a therapist at Be Well Counseling, you will provide psychotherapy services, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Most sessions are conducted in person , with some sessions offered through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform . What We Offer W2 employment (20+ hours per week) Competitive pay: $45-$65 per session depending on licensure level and # of hours worked Health insurance benefits Administrative, billing, and marketing support Established referral base and insurance contracts Supportive team environment Supervision with an AZBBHE Board Approved Supervisor EMDRIA Approved Consultant supervision available Opportunity to obtain EMDR certification hours Partial reimbursement for approved continuing education (CEUs) Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Complete mandated reporting when required Maintain high ethical and clinical standards Qualifications Required Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field Arizona license or associate license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, Psychologist) Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Reliable computer and smartphone for clinical documentation and communication Preferred Experience working with children and adults Interest in trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches Skills and Personal Qualities We are looking for clinicians who demonstrate warmth, compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical curiosity.
