Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our dynamic team to support Lincoln County public schools. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health support to individuals across various settings, including schools, residential facilities, and outpatient programs. Your expertise will help promote mental wellness, manage behavioral challenges, and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake interviews and medical documentation to establish individualized care plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and crisis intervention strategies. Monitor behavioral changes to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide crisis management and intervention during behavioral emergencies or other mental health crises. Collect data on patient progress and document all interactions meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with social workers, educators, medical professionals, community partners and families to develop holistic support plans. Requirements Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and crisis intervention procedures. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards. Ability to perform behavioral assessments, data collection, and behavior management strategies effectively. Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic approach.
