Our clinical team is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Clninican for Beacon Clinic located in Evansville, IN.

JOB SUMMARY
The Behavioral Health Clinician delivers quality individual, family and group counseling services to patients and their families to determine short-term or long-term treatment needs and meet the patient's social, emotional and psychological needs. Treatment for mental health, substance use, and/or dual diagnoses will be provided. Please, no phone calls.

Requirements Current Indiana LPN Nursing License or CMA/RMA Certification EPIC:

Job Duties:
Perform intakes, individual and family sessions, and group therapy. Initiate and update treatment plans every 60 days. Work with patient to develop individualized treatment plans, review those plans, and create effective discharge planning strategies. Provide education to patients and patient families: care, prevention, and treatment enhancement techniques. Perform psychotherapy or brief intervention therapy for patients of Beacon Recovery Services, which includes patients seen by ECHO Psychiatry and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Collects and enters results for drug screens as needed. Ability to meet productivity expectations. Meets documentation requirements of EMR, which includes locking of notes in a timely manner. All remote work must be conducted in a confidential and private location, such as a home office, to ensure patient confidentiality. Remote work cannot be conducted in a public location. Be available during scheduled work hours for meetings, and come in person when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Current or obtained within 6 months of hire license in good standing issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and/or related licensure. One of the following addiction specific credentialing required, or able to achieve within 1 year of hire (LCAC, LAC, ICAC
II, CADAC II, CADAC
IV, NAADAC, or IC&RC), per DMHA requirement. CPR Certification. Excellent working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and substance use treatment. Ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions. Ability to design and lead effective psycho-education curricula. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, interfacing with patients, primary care providers, consulting psychiatrist and mental health specialists, as well as with administrative and support staff. Reliable means to get to work and to/from clinics sites, as may be needed to meet organizational goals.
