Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health services across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, and client-centered care. The position involves delivering individual and/or group therapy, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote mental wellness. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with medical documentation are highly valued. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions tailored to meet the client's needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, supervisors, and families to develop and implement comprehensive individualized treatment plans and goals.
