Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health services across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, and client-centered care. The position involves delivering individual and/or group therapy, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote mental wellness. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with medical documentation are highly valued. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions tailored to meet the client's needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, supervisors, and families to develop and implement comprehensive individualized treatment plans and goals. Document all clinical interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain detailed medical records using appropriate medical terminology. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and related fields. Utilize telehealth technology to expand access to services while ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information. Participate in weekly clinical supervision. Requirements Current and active license in the state of Maryland (Required). Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. Familiarity with
ICD-9/ICD-10
coding systems for diagnostic purposes; experience with CPT coding is a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings and experience documenting within electronic medical records systems. Strong communication skills for intake assessments and patient care planning; proficiency in telehealth platforms is preferred. Commitment to ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
