Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs Develop and implement tailored counseling plans that foster emotional resilience and recovery Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions in a supportive, confidential environment Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) to document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes Educate clients on coping strategies, stress management techniques, and mental health resources Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate holistic care, especially when addressing complex conditions like hyperbaric medicine or other specialized treatments Ensure adherence to safety protocols by maintaining certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution Valid licensure or certification as a mental health counselor or therapist in the applicable jurisdiction Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health and treatment procedures Experience with electronic health records (EHR) management systems for accurate documentation Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required to ensure client safety during emergencies Familiarity with hyperbaric medicine is a plus, especially when working with patients receiving specialized treatments Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations Join us in empowering individuals on their journey toward mental well-being!
