The ideal candidate will share a faith based perspective while being able offer support for all. The individual be responsible for providing high-quality mental health counseling and therapy services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Services include faith-based counseling for clients seeking support from that perspective. The Mental Health Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being and recovery. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities. Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding for all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Engage in ongoing research to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment. Facilitate case management services, including referrals to additional resources as needed. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work environment. Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and mental health counseling practices. Familiarity with case management processes and resources available for clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
