You will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality, client-centered care. Whether you are deeply rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or have a heart for trauma-informed recovery, your expertise will help us improve the quality of life for those struggling with mental illness and addictive disorders. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding systems to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health emergencies effectively and ensure client safety Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical research findings and best practices in behavioral health Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations Facilitate intake assessments for new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient care coordination, and discharge planning Provide specialized counseling for issues such as PTSD care, grief counseling, addiction recovery, gender issues counseling, chronic pain management, and working with individuals with autism or disabilities Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions while maintaining high standards of patient engagement and confidentiality, and be able to provide the same standard for any in-person sessions. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or other therapeutic modalities Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation Experience working with adults Skilled in crisis management and crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate urgent situations effectively Excellent communication skills for conducting intake assessments, patient education, and collaborative team interactions Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions and behavioral health treatments Ability to utilize telehealth technology efficiently while adhering to HIPAA standards for patient privacy and be able to provide the same standard for any in-person sessions.

Pay:

From $50.00 per hour
