Compensation:
Starting at $1,500 per month retainer + STAR Health billable services Help Change Lives Through Clinical Leadership Rebirth Haven is a newly licensed General Residential Operation (GRO) serving children, adolescents, and young adults in a safe, structured, trauma-informed residential setting. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and collaborative licensed behavioral health professional to serve as our Contract Treatment Director. This leadership position provides clinical oversight, consultation, and guidance while allowing you to maintain the flexibility of your private practice or current professional schedule. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed services for youth in residential care. Position Summary The Treatment Director provides clinical oversight of Rebirth Haven's treatment program in accordance with Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) licensing standards and T3C requirements. This position focuses on clinical leadership and consultation rather than daily case management. Individual Service Plans are developed by the Case Manager and submitted to the Treatment Director for clinical review, recommendations, and approval. The anticipated workload is approximately 5-10 hours per month initially, increasing as the program census grows. Primary Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight of Rebirth Haven's treatment program. Review, provide recommendations, and approve Individual Service Plans prepared by the Case Manager. Participate in treatment team meetings. Participate in required 60-day Individual Service Plan reviews. Provide clinical consultation and guidance to the Administrator, Case Manager, and Direct Care Staff. Assist with development of behavioral interventions and supervision strategies. Monitor clinical documentation for quality and compliance. Support Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives. Provide crisis consultation by telephone, video conference, or on-site when clinically appropriate. Participate in crisis response when clinically indicated. Assist with staff training related to trauma-informed care, behavior management, crisis intervention, and implementation of the treatment model. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, placing agencies, and other treatment providers to support continuity of care. Additional Income Opportunities In addition to the monthly Treatment Director retainer, the selected clinician may provide STAR Health billable services for Rebirth Haven residents, including: Individual Therapy Family Therapy Group Therapy Behavioral Health Assessments

Initial Assessments and Reassessments Crisis Response requiring extended on-site intervention beyond the contracted scope Other STAR Health-approved behavioral health services within the clinician's scope of practice These services are not included in the monthly retainer and may be billed separately through STAR Health in accordance with payer requirements and applicable authorizations. Required Qualifications Active Texas license as an LCSW-S, LCSW, LPC-S, LPC, LMFT-S, or LMFT. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field. Current STAR Health credentialing is required at the time of application. Current CANS Certification is required at the time of application. Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral health, residential treatment, foster care, child welfare, or a related setting. Ability to meet all Treatment Director qualifications under Texas licensing standards and T3C requirements. Preferred Experience Experience with the following is strongly preferred: Trauma-Informed Care Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Crisis Intervention and De-escalation Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs) or General Residential Operations (GROs) Foster Care Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Primary Medical Needs (PMN) Clinical supervision, leadership, or program oversight Compensation $1,000 monthly Treatment Director retainer Independent Contractor (1099) Flexible schedule Hybrid/virtual work with periodic on-site meetings as needed Opportunity to generate additional income through STAR Health billable clinical services Why Rebirth Haven?
