As a hybrid clinician, you will have the opportunity to serve clients throughout Michigan via telehealth while also providing in-person services from our Lansing office. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services as appropriate to your scope of practice. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress. Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing requirements. Collaborate with practice staff to ensure quality client care. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active Michigan license in good standing (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to provide services both in-person and via telehealth. Open to completely telehealth What We Provide Competitive fee split.
