Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Michigan license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Desire for professional growth and ongoing training Desire to become a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment needs using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards for accurate documentation. Implement crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate situations involving acute mental health crises or behavioral disturbances, ensuring client safety and well-being. Develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain detailed mental health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all clinical data. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong relational skills. Available in-person and via telehealth
Pay:
From $75.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
