  • Position Overview:
  • We seek licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to join our distinguished team. Our practice specializes in transformative treatments including EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, offering our clinicians unique opportunities to work at the forefront of mental health innovation.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Active Texas state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
  • EMDR certification or willingness to obtain within first six months
  • Experience or interest in specializing in: trauma, children, couples, or family therapy
  • Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence
  • Texas residency
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training/certification or willingness to obtain
  • Weekend availability (minimum one Saturday or Sunday per month)
  • Content creation experience for professional blog
  • Experience with telehealth delivery
  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
  • Maintain consistent full-time caseload
