Our Sudbury outpatient clinic is hiring a full-time, hybrid Mental Health Therapist. Referrals come to you. Supervision is paid and weekly. Admin teams handle billing, scheduling, and intake logistics. You focus on your clients and your growth. You'll start with a paid, guided ramp-up (details below). Pre-licensed and early-career clinicians — you've graduated and are working toward your Massachusetts LCSW/LICSW or LMHC. Bring your hours; we'll help you finish them with structured, documented supervision. Licensed clinicians — LICSW or LMHC in good standing in Massachusetts. You'll qualify for advanced compensation tiers and step into a full, referral-fed caseload.
All applicants:
Qualifying master's degree from an accredited institution (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related) Eligible to pursue — or already holding — Massachusetts LCSW/LICSW or LMHC licensure Available for 2 onsite days a week at our Sudbury clinic Committed to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered care Strong communication, documentation, organization, and collaboration skills Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, or other multilingual skills a plus Please note: this is a post-graduate clinical position. Students currently in practicum or internship are not eligible at this time. What You'll Do Provide outpatient psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and a broad range of community members Conduct new-client intakes, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes Collaborate with your supervisor, clinical leadership, and fellow clinicians on ethical, trauma-informed, culturally attuned care Work 2 onsite days at the Sudbury clinic and remotely the rest of the week; standard hours generally 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with a premium differential for evenings and weekends after 6:00 PM Who You'll Serve Our community partnerships bring clients to you across populations, life stages, and levels of need.
