This hybrid position provides the opportunity to deliver evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families through both in-office and telehealth appointments. Clinicians are required to provide a minimum of 10 in-office hours per week, with the remainder of their schedule offering the flexibility to work remotely. Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources as clinically appropriate. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR). Deliver services through both in-office and secure telehealth appointments. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and organizational policies. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Texas. Ability to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health services. Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology used to support hybrid service delivery. Preferred One (1) or more years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience. Experience providing telehealth services. Experience working with individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Work Environment This is a hybrid position providing services through both in-office and telehealth appointments. Clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of 10 hours per week of in-office client care, with remaining clinical hours provided in accordance with their agreed-upon schedule and organizational needs.
