Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Resident in Counseling Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisee in Social Work LPC or LCSW preferred Skills and abilities Build strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, adults, and families Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a timely manner Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clinical leadership, and support staff Work independently while utilizing consultation and peer support when appropriate Demonstrate professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful progress
