We offer supervision for LAC and MSW provisional licensees, benefits including 401K and opportunities for certifications. Full and part time positions are available; benefits will vary depending on status. Pay range is $40- 80 (fully Lic) per hour depending on status.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- State licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
