Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). This position offers flexible scheduling, remote or in-person options, and a supportive administrative team to help you focus on what you do best—providing outstanding clinical care.•
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients in accordance with agency standards and licensing guidelines Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency policies Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings Coordinate care with other providers as needed to ensure comprehensive support•
Qualifications:
Active Oklahoma LADC license (required) Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a 1099 contractor role Must pass background check and provide proof of liability insurance•
