Part-Time / Independent Contractor (Contingent Upon Federal Contract Award) About the Role SanCloud LLC is seeking a licensed Center Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) to provide behavioral health services for students ages 16-24 at the Boxelder Job Corps Center. This position supports a federal contract and focuses on mental health assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and wellness services. Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations. Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention. Develop treatment plans and coordinate care. Consult with medical staff and center leadership. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Deliver mental health education and prevention programs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Job Corps policies. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Active, unrestricted independent license (LPC, LPC-MH, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent). Minimum 1 year of behavioral health counseling experience.
