Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHCA/LCMHC) - Faith-Based & Trauma-Informed We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (provisional or full licensure) with a faith-based and trauma-informed approach to join our small, dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering therapeutic services that integrate faith-based perspectives alongside evidence-based practices to support individuals, couples, and families in their healing and growth.

Fuquay-Varina, NC Core Responsibilities Clinical Services:

Conduct intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Therapy Delivery:

Provide clinical mental health services addressing a variety of mental health and relationship concerns.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate clinical notes while upholding all ethical and legal standards.

Client Collaboration:

Work directly with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor ongoing progress. Qualifications Strong faith-based or faith-integrated skills to support individuals, couples, and families.

Faith Integration Skills:

Demonstrated ability or clear training/readiness to combine clinical psychology with biblical truth. Demonstrated proficiency in Counseling and Mental Health care, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Solid foundation in Psychology to apply evidence-based approaches and understand human development and behavior. Active licensure (or license-eligible status) as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor LCMHC-A or LCMHC in NC Experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict resolution, and parenting support. Ability to maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality and professional ethics. Master's degree or higher in Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, or a closely related field.

$80.00 - $125.00 per hour
