As an LCPC, you will provide evidence-based therapies, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans within telehealth settings. Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment pathways. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety during acute episodes. Provide specialized counseling for conditions including PTSD, addiction, grief, chronic pain, gender issues, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing CPT coding for billing purposes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans and coordinate care for patients with complex needs across inpatient and outpatient settings. Engage in clinical research activities when applicable, contributing to data collection efforts that support ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral management strategies. Strong working knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience with telehealth platforms delivering remote mental health services effectively. Exceptional skills in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and addiction counseling. Ability to work compassionately with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or special needs including autism spectrum disorder. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and experience documenting within electronic health records (EHR) systems. Excellent communication skills for conducting intake interviews, patient assessments, and delivering psychoeducation to patients and families.
