Position Summary CareNationDC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy, assessments, treatment planning, crisis support, and clinical services for behavioral health and/or SUD clients. Key Responsibilities Complete diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations. Provide individual, group, and family counseling. Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary. Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time. Coordinate services with internal and external providers. Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and quality improvement activities. Follow HIPAA, DBH, Medicaid, and CareNationDC policies. Maintain confidentiality and protect client and company information. Qualifications Active LPC license in Washington, DC required. Experience in behavioral health, SUD, outpatient mental health, or communitybased services preferred. Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills. Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of evidencebased treatment approaches preferred.
