Job Description
About us: Resilient Soul LLC is an outpatient mental health practice that opened in January 2021, we passionately help every person strive to reach their goals as it pertains to mental and emotional stability. We are an expanding our private practice and we need YOU to make expansion successful, which in turn allows more members of our community to receive the help they are seeking. The population served by our practice ranges from 12 to 64 years old.
More About Your Role:
This role includes conducting in person and/or remote counseling sessions. You will deliver mental health counseling services on a HIPPA-compliant platform or in person at our office. As a mental health professional, you will help people make healthy lifestyle decisions and achieve their goals in order to live happy, fulfilling lives.Tasks of the role include:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnosis.
- Develop, review, and update collaborative treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy (family therapy, based on clinical need).
- Provide crisis intervention and planning.
- Make necessary referrals when needed.
- Participate in individual supervision (If not fully licensed).
- Adhering to confidentiality and duties as a mandated reporter.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical mental health counseling, social work, or psychology. Hold at least one of these Delaware professional licenses:LACMH, LPCMH, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAMFT.
Proof of Professional Liability Insurance Computer, Laptop or Tablet, required. Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal and communication skills. Maintain professional boundaries and behavior, as specified by your professional Code of Ethics/Conduct, during interactions with staff and clients. Ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.Advantages:
