Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health challenges and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Set and establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously adjusting strategies based on client feedback and progress. Qualifications A current and valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
