It doesn't have to be that way. We Built Something Different Anchor Point of Hope is a faith-based counseling practice with offices in Brighton, Highland, and Ann Arbor. Our leadership came out of traditional agency settings — and left because we knew clinicians deserved better. So we built a practice where the systems work for you: streamlined EHR, fast billing, minimal admin, and leadership that's genuinely invested in your success. When you're not drowning in overhead, you can do what you came here to do. What This Role Looks Like As a 1099 contractor, you'll carry a hybrid caseload — at least two in-person days per week at one of our fully furnished offices, with the remainder via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Fully licensed clinicians at 25 clients/week can expect to earn $2,000-$2,400/week. As we grow, so can you — including pathways into supervision and leadership. You're a
