Working hand in hand with a QBHS, as the care team leader, you will facilitate client improvement through direct services or your care team. Reporting to the clinical director, your role will involve conducting patient assessments, implementing behavioral therapies, and maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilizing your core skills in mental health counseling and patient care, along with premium skills in crisis intervention and psychotherapy, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth within our organization. Qualifications Licensed mental health professional with a strong background in psychotherapy and crisis intervention. Proficient in HIPAA compliance and patient care practices. Experience in behavioral therapy and patient assessment. Familiarity with medical documentation and terminology. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for counseling and support.
