Job Description

The Healn Space is a community-rooted, trauma-informed wellness center providing therapy, counseling, and holistic mental health services to children, adults, and families. We are committed to building a space for restoration and resilience within our community while nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals through high-quality supervision.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LPC or LMFT) with at least 5 years of post-licensure experience to provide weekly clinical supervision to our unlicensed therapists and practicum interns from colleges and universities. We strongly encourage male applicants , preferably Black/African American, to apply as we seek to increase representation and support for our diverse client base. All qualified candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide weekly group and individual supervision (5-8 hours/week) to unlicensed therapists within the organization. Supervise practicum students and interns from partnering colleges and universities. Offer guidance on clinical cases, documentation, and ethical practice. Assist in the professional development of supervisees, including skills in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices. Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with licensure board supervision requirements.
Requirements:
✅ Active and unrestricted LPC or LMFT license in Pennsylvania (or eligible for PA telehealth clients). ✅ 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience. ✅ Previous experience providing clinical supervision (preferred but not required). ✅ Strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally competent care. ✅ Excellent communication and mentorship skills. ✅ Ability to maintain clear documentation of supervision hours and feedback.
Compensation:
