Job Description

Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC or LPC) 100% Remote | Full-Time | W2 Employment Next Chapter Counseling Next Chapter Counseling is seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians to join our growing team. Employee Location:
100% Telehealth (Work From Home)
Compensation:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Caseload Expectation:
18-25 billable sessions per week
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling with availability for one evening per week (Monday-Friday) What We Provide Steady flow of client referrals Administrative support Monthly clinical supervision Free supervision for PLPCs Company-provided computer Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Flexible scheduling and strong work/life balance Collaborative and supportive team culture Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans Provide individual therapy services through telehealth Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues as needed What We're Looking For PLPC or LPC licensure in Missouri Strong foundational counseling skills Multicultural competence and a commitment to inclusive care Curiosity and dedication to lifelong learning and professional growth Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Desire to maintain a consistent caseload of 18-25 client sessions per week How to Apply Please submit the following materials: Letter of Intent, including your professional objectives for the position Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) Send application materials to:
