The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients through individual therapy sessions. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, diagnostic evaluation, and case management. This is a hybrid role, providing individual counseling sessions online and the option to work in office on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Part Time Role This is a part time role that will require time to build up a case load; our office is able to provide 1-2 new clients each month. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a private practice setting. Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments. Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices. Manage cases effectively, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient care. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). Strong knowledge of behavioral health issues and treatment modalities. Proficiency in case management practices and documentation standards. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to ongoing professional development
